World's biggest superyachts 2017

Boat International just revealed that the competition in the size stakes is more fierce than ever this year, with 10 eye-popping additions to the rankings. Not only do they push the envelope in terms of dimensions, but they harbour an outrageous array of luxury features, from waterfalls to on-deck pizza ovens.

The Black Pearl superyacht, which is 107 metres long and has solar panels on her sails in order to generate electricity 

The Al Lusail yacht, which is 123 metres long and includes an on-board swimming pool, cinema, helipad and beauty salon 

Sailing Yacht A (the boat with the three masts), owned by Russian oligarch Andrey Melnichenko, has several lounge decks as well as an outdoor dining table, with space for more than 16 people

Aviva, owned by Tottenham Hotspur owner Joe Lewis,  packs in a 20m by 10m by 6.5m high padel court on the lower deck

Jubilee is currently the biggest superyacht on the market and boasts a helicopter deck and large pool with a built-in aquarium

The glamorous 100-metre superyacht Faith, pictured, has a waterfall at the bottom of a glass bottom pool and a pizza oven on the sun deck

The 85-metre long Areti has its own helipad along with everything a professional athlete would need to help them relax
